Brazil: Strategic developments in Curaçá
The TV Brasil presents the unpublished national animation As Aventuras de Tita starting this Monday (2), on the TV Brasil Animada children's programming slot, which goes on air at 7am on the public broadcaster. The new show with an environmental theme has ten episodes of seven minutes. In October, on Children's Day, TV Brasil launched several productions for the kids. The channel included in the slot for the little ones the works Esse é o Bicho, Lia, Pedro e o Minimundo, Playpolis and Tropa Troco. The shows Julio and Verne: The Gemiais Siblings and Além da Lenda returned to the screen. The new attractions of the slot dedicated to children address important issues to sensitize this audience. The episodes of the stories show, in a playful way, issues of nature, financial education and sociocultural entertainment. The unpublished animation on the public channel follows the young Tita, a girl who lives in Curaçá, in northern Bahia. The protagonist of the series has the power to talk to animals and turn into an azure macaw. Through her magical guitar, the girl changes shape to defend nature and all her culture along with the Guardians of Caatinga, a group composed of her friends Dudé, an eccentric goat, Timbum, an artistic fish, and Cauã, a very relaxed macaw. With challenges ranging from gum pollution to deforestation to catastrophic climate changes, Tita and her friends will live great adventures to make their region a safe and fun place for everyone. With more than five hours daily, from Monday to Saturday, starting at 7am, TV Brasil Animada has more than 30 weekly hours on the air. The slot for the kids offers quality content such as the renowned animations Peixonauta, O Show da Luna!, Diário de Mika and Igarapé Mágico, among other works. The TV Brasil Play app also offers various special attractions for the kids. With free access, the app has more than 40 works, including movies, cartoons and serial productions so children and teenagers can watch wherever and whenever they want. On the screen, the TV Brasil Animada slot has broadcast transmission for the whole country on open television signal, through the broadcasters that make up the Rede Nacional de Comunicação Pública (RNCP), managed by the Empresa Brasil de Comunicação (EBC). The slot launched in 2018 offers accessibility features such as audio description, closed captioning, Libras interpretation and dubbing. The slot stands out for the absence of advertising that encourages consumerism. The productions on air at TV Brasil Animada reinforce values such as non-violence, tolerance of differences, care for the environment and appreciation of national culture, aspects aligned with the guidelines of public communication. A reference in the display of quality programs for children, the station is one of the main windows for educational attractions, acclaimed series and cartoons by young viewers and their parents. These contents contribute to citizen formation and encourage learning. The works distributed by the channel entertain the little ones and sharpen curiosity with fascinating plots adapted to the age of the audience.
