Expanded list of persons entitled to deferment: members of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance and secretariat staff have been added. For this, they must have a scientific degree and work in the National Agency at their primary place of employment on a full-time basis. An application and supporting documents can be submitted through the Administrative Services Center (CNAP). How to apply for deferment Personally contact the CNAP and submit an application along with the following documents: • A certificate from the National Agency on the position held at the primary place of employment on a full-time basis; • Diploma on the award of a scientific degree. The Rezerv+ app does not have the function to apply for deferment on this basis, so the application must be submitted in person through the CNAP. How to find out the result The CNAP will forward the application and documents to the relevant Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCK and SP), whose commission will review them and make a decision on granting deferment. It is not necessary to personally contact the TCK and SP for this. The CNAP will inform about the result. If deferment is granted, information about it will also appear in the electronic military registration document in Rezerv+.
