At the request of the Attorney General's Office (AGU), Minister Luiz Fux, of the Supreme Federal Court (STF), decided this Sunday (1st) to summon representatives from the Ministries of Health and Justice and Public Security for the hearing where the impacts of Provisional Measure No. 1,394/2026, which prohibits the operation of online betting companies in Brazil, the so-called bets, will be discussed.
