Drought in Northeast Brazilian region, warning of potential danger for low relative air humidity in almost entire interior, except Maranhão and Sergipe states. Possibility of isolated rains only in southwest and west of Bahia. November month begins with elevated temperatures in region. This Sunday minimum 27°C in São Luís and maximum 38°C in Teresina.
