Uzbekistan: Education initiative in Vahdat
School of Hope: How in Vahdat they help children of Djugi get education Suroyo Ismoilzoda has been teaching children of Djugi (or Koylas, Eastern Roma. — Ed.) at one of the schools in the city of Vahdat for three years. The school is located in Abdulloobod village of Karim Ishmoil jamoat and currently about 100 students are enrolled there. We spoke with Suroyo Ismoilzoda, director of this school, and asked her about the educational process as well as existing opportunities and problems.
