Kazakhstan: Violence against civilians in Abay region
Prosecutors said that children with special needs were abused in the Abay region. Everything happened in the Center for the Provision of Special Social Services of the Ayagoz district. And, as it turned out, the orderlies took advantage of the helplessness of the children. Some employees, in whose presence all these terrible things happened, took no measures. An investigation has been launched. Suspected employees have been suspended from work and restricted from contact with the pupils. The check is ongoing.
