Its successful completion casts a big question mark on the prospects of the Russian army in its endeavor to take the Sloviansk-Kramatorsk agglomeration. But it is not a foregone conclusion that Volodymyr Putin knows about this, who continues to live in a world of reports in which his army advances daily in all directions, as General Sergey Kuzovlev reports to him, among others.
