Kazakhstan: Natural event in Kazakhstan
Winter is near. Kazhydromet told us what awaits us all. According to forecasters, it will be relatively warm, but in some regions, precipitation may exceed the norm. In December, the average air temperature is expected to be 2 degrees above the climatic norm throughout Kazakhstan. The amount of precipitation in most of the country will be around normal. More snow and rain than usual are predicted in North Kazakhstan, Pavlodar, Kostanay, Akmola, West Kazakhstan, Aktobe, East Kazakhstan regions, as well as in the Abai region.
