While confirming the importance of strengthening the state of institutions and the rule of law, the Framework called on all parties to commit to full and comprehensive de-escalation. It commended the International Coalition's commitment to withdrawal from Iraq within the designated period after playing a major role in fighting terrorism. The Coordinating Framework thanked the Quartet for the major efforts they exerted, emphasizing the necessity of continuing the Quartet's efforts at the same pace until reaching June 30, 2027, which is the agreed final deadline for applying the constitutional article regarding the handling of the weapons issue. At the end of the meeting, the attendees confirmed the high capacity possessed by the government and the state to ensure the security of all Iraqis and make Iraq a safe investment environment.
