The Russian MVD confirmed an attack by an inmate on a convoy officer on a train between Vladikavkaz and Adler. One convoy staff member died and three others were injured. The inmate took a service weapon from the staff member, after which he was neutralized by the guard unit. There are no casualties among the civilian population.
