Each infraction notice, occurring in inspections, gives rise to an administrative process in which those notified have access to the procedural guarantees provided for in the Constitution, including the adversarial principle and broad defense. After completion, inclusion in the Dirty List occurs. Since 1995, more than 70,000 workers have been rescued from slavery-like working conditions, and more than R$ 171 million have been received by the workers. Denunciations. Denunciations of slavery-like labor can be made remotely and confidentially through the Ipê System, launched on May 15, 2020 by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE), in partnership with the International Labour Organization (ILO).
