Belarus: Strategic developments in Minsk
In Belarus, a building for the KGB is being built on the site of a cemetery by Lukashenko's decree. In the center of Minsk, on the site of an old Catholic cemetery, a new complex of the Academy of National Security under the KGB of Minsk is planned.
