According to information provided by an informed source to Iran International, Behzad Yezdani, a Baha'i citizen residing in Shiraz, has been in Adeliabad Prison in Shiraz in a state of uncertainty for more than 180 days, without access to a lawyer and without establishing a court or issuing a judgment. According to this information, this Baha'i citizen was arrested by the Quds Force intelligence at his home on the ninth of Farvardin. According to Yezdani's family, no response has been received from judicial authorities regarding the determination of bail or conditional release for him, and his family is constantly faced with the response that 'the case is under review' and 'think about Mr. Yezdani who is serving his sentence.'
