Shavkat Mirziyoyev participated in the ceremony to start the implementation and construction of 145 projects with a total value of 7.8 billion dollars within the scope of his visit to the Bukhara region. State leader noted that in the last nine years, 9.5 billion dollars in foreign investment were attracted to the region, creating more than 6,000 new production capacity and 120,000 permanent jobs. "If anyone can appreciate the value of these figures, I can. Why? Because I was a governor, I was a vacant minister too. Not one year, not two years - 14 years. But we have not seen such figures in Uzbekistan either", - said the President.
